These terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded with Dar El Oud Ettounsi, a limited liability company (SARL) registered under tax identification number 1896940Y, whose registered office is at 7 place du Leader, 1008 Tunis, Tunisia (hereinafter “the institute”).

These terms apply to any enrolment in a course, any participation in a paid workshop or event, any donation and any purchase made with the institute, on the dareloud.tn website or on site. Any payment constitutes acceptance of the terms in force on the date of the order.
Courses take place at the institute's premises in the Medina of Tunis, according to the time slot and group assigned at enrolment.
Prices are stated in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included. Course fees and enrolment fees are those displayed on the website at the time of enrolment, for the academic year concerned. The institute may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force on the date of enrolment or order.
Enrolment in a course becomes final once validated by the institute and the enrolment fee has been paid. By enrolling, the student commits to the entire semester, whatever the payment method chosen.
Accepted payment methods:
The semester fee is paid in two instalments, on the dates indicated at enrolment. Exceptionally, and with the institute's agreement, monthly payment may be granted.
Online payments are processed by the payment provider; the institute never has access to bank card numbers.
Late payment: an instalment not paid by its due date may result in access to courses being suspended until payment is made.
Courses, workshops and events: no delivery; the service is provided on site, at the institute's premises, on the dates and at the times communicated to the student.
Shop: sales take place on site, with collection at the institute. Distance selling (shipping) may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request to administration [at] dareloud.tn; its terms (costs, lead time, carrier) are then set out in writing before any payment.
Except in the cases listed below, amounts paid are non-refundable: enrolment fees, course fees, workshops and events, and donations.
A refund is granted in the following cases:
Requests must be made in writing to administration [at] dareloud.tn, quoting the payment reference. The refund is made within 15 days of the request being accepted, using the same payment method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
Shop: a defective item may be exchanged or refunded if it is brought back to the institute within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Non-defective items are neither taken back nor exchanged.
Any complaint must be sent in writing to administration [at] dareloud.tn. The institute undertakes to reply within 15 days.
Failing a satisfactory reply, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
Data collected during an enrolment, donation or purchase is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
