1. Data controller

Data is processed in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.

2. Data collected

• Identity and contact details: surname, first name, email address, telephone, and for minors, the contact details of the parent or guardian.
• Schooling data: course followed, level, group and time slot, attendance and absences, educational follow-up.
• Payment data: amounts, dates, payment method and transaction references. Bank card numbers are entered directly with the payment provider (Flouci, Konnect) and are never received or stored by the institute.
• Student area account: login identifier, messages exchanged in the area, files you upload voluntarily (for example audio recordings for the analysis tool).
• Contact requests: content of messages sent via the website's forms.
• Browsing data: website traffic statistics (pages viewed, device type), measured with the Matomo tool hosted on our own servers.
• Photos and videos taken during the institute's courses, concerts and events.

3. Purposes of collection

• managing enrolments, the organisation of courses and educational follow-up;
• managing payments, invoicing and accounting;
• contacting you about your schooling (timetable change, cancelled lesson, make-up lesson);
• answering your requests;
• informing you of the institute's activities (newsletter, events), if you have subscribed;
• promoting the institute (photos and videos on the website and social media);
• improving the website through traffic statistics.

4. Recipients

Data is intended for the institute's team (management, administration, teachers for their own students). It is never sold. It may be passed on to strictly necessary technical providers: payment providers (Flouci, Konnect), the hosts of the website and data, and the email delivery service (see the legal notice).

Where data is stored:

• enrolments, schooling, payments, accounts and newsletter: servers managed by LISA Digit, in Tunisia;
• student area messaging (messages, attachments) and login log: infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States);
• emails sent by the website (confirmations, notifications): ZeptoMail service by Zoho Corporation.

These last two providers may process data outside Tunisia; they are chosen for their security guarantees and use the data only for the service provided to the institute.

5. Retention period

• Student data: for the whole duration of schooling, then 3 years after the end of the last enrolment.
• Accounting records (payments, invoices): 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact requests with no follow-up: 1 year.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to object to its processing on legitimate grounds. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.

Photos and videos: you may object to the publication of your image, or that of your child, on simple request; the content concerned is then removed.

Minors: the data of minor students is provided by their parent or guardian, who exercises these rights on their behalf.

7. Exercising your rights

Write to administration [at] dareloud.tn specifying your request; proof of identity may be requested. We reply within one month. You may also refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

8. Cookies

The website uses a session cookie, required to log in to the student area, Audience measurement (Matomo, hosted on our servers) and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which measures the effectiveness of our ads, are only loaded and only set their cookies with your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit; without consent, it works without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of each page. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

9. Security

Access to data is restricted to authorised persons and protected by authentication. Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS).
